Low Moisture Carpet Cleaning

Professional Tile, Stone & Grout cleaning

Tiled flooring as an amazing long lasting floor covering for your business. And although regular mopping will remove some surface dirt it will not clean the surface sufficiently. Our tile & Grout cleaning system will literally get the tiles looking like new and the grout back to the original colour. Mopping often pushes all of the dirty water from the tile surface down into the grout lines which is why the grout lines originally looked white or grey and now they look black or brown. every time you mop the floor this contaminant is pulled to the surface creating a greasy dirty floor. Our extraction system will remove every last bit of dirt from the floor before disposing it safely leaving your floor not only cleaner, but safer too through extraction of all chemicals and grease!

Luxury vinyl tile flooring is another versatile floor covering. Unfortunately it is not a lay and forget flooring. Part of LVT being luxury is its textured surface. This textured surface scrapes dirt from mops, footwear and even bare feet. The only way to clean LVT effectively is via professional agitation and steam extraction. We only use pre-approved manufacturer recommended cleaning solutions on LVT to ensure you keep that non-slip warranty! We only ever use the correct cleaning process for every floor covering. You don't always need a hammer to crack a nut.

Safety floor Cleaning

Over time even non slip safety floors require professional cleaning. We use the industrys leading floorcare machines to strip oils and coatings from these types of floor. These non slip floors are often found in Salons, Schools, Restauraunts and Care homes. We clean this type of flooring for many companies and homes arround the county and have over 10 years of experience in the floorcare market. This experience gives us the upper hand to get this tricky flooring looking its best and reinstall those non-slip properties.

The Right Equipment

Our Team will show up with all the equipment needed to get the job done properly the first time around. We don't use equipment or products that just "anybody" can go and buy from a shop. We have researched heavily into buying the correct equipment that can clean all floor surfaces properly. Our airflex Systems can leave carpets dry within an hour and hard floors dry instantly. There is no portable cleaning machine on the market available that is better at this.

At A1 all employees are trained in every subject of floorcare. From Carpet cleaning, Stone cleaning, Tile & Grout cleaning right up to being IOSH qualified health and safety professionals. This means you can be safe in the knowledge that all works are completed to not only the highest cleanest standards, but the safest standards too. You'll find many companies who portray to have been qualified would have only completed a quick online quiz to get a certificate instead of any meaningful hands-on training. Even though all staff are already trained, we often still go onto training courses every year to keep up to date and to learn new things from other operatives doing the same. AFTER WE HAVE BOOKED YOU IN WE WILL ATTEND SITE AT A DATE WHICH IS CONVENIENT TO YOU. ON THIS VISIT WE WILL DISCUSS YOUR NEEDS. IN THE CONSULTATION WE WILL MAKE NOTE OF ACCESS TO THE SITE, AREAS THAT YOU HAVE PARTICULAR PROBLEMS WITH, THE REASONS WHICH MAY CAUSE THESE BUILDUPS, PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS AND WE MAY REQUIRE TO DO AN ON SITE TEST OF THE MATERIAL BEING CLEANED. THIS IS MAINLY IN A SETTING WHERE CARPETS OR UPHOLSTERED ITEMS ARE BEING CLEANED.

FREE TEST CLEAN

AS PART OF THE CONSULTATION WE CAN ALSO CARRY OUT A FREE TEST CLEAN IN AN AREA OF YOUR CHOOSING. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE TEST PATCH TO BE COMPLETED IN AN AREA WITH HIGH FOOTFALL OR THE WORST AREA. THIS WAY WE CAN BEST DEMONSTRATE OUR CLEANING POWER. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY NO OBLIGATION TO BOOK FROM THIS POINT ONWARDS BUT WERE PRETTY CERTAIN AFTER SEEING HOW WELL IT CLEANS UP YOULL BE DELGHTED TO BOOK IN.

COMPLETE THE CLEAN

IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE TEST AREA WE WILL CONTINUE TO THE NEXT STEP OF BOOKING YOU IN FOR THE CLEAN. THIS WILL BE COMPLETED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD USING THE COUNTRYS BEST PORTABLE EXTRACTORS, AGITATORS ROTARY MACHINES AND PREMIUM MANUFACTURER BACKED PRODUCTS. ALL CLEANS WILL BE CARRIED OUT WITH YOU, YOUR STAFF AND YOUR CUSTOMERS SAFETY IN MIND.

POST CLEAN FOLLOW UP

IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CLEAN WE WILL EITHER ASK YOU TO COME FOR A POST CLEAN WALK AROUND OF THE SITE CLEANED. OF COURSE SOME CLEANS ARE COMPLETED OUT OF HOURS SO THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE AT YOUR SOONEST CONVENIENCE. IN THIS POST CLEAN WALKAROUND WE CAN OFFER ADVICE FOR FURTHER MAINTENCE CLEANING, PROBLEMS WE MAY HAVE RAN INTO EFFECTING THE CLEAN AND HOW TO KEEP ON TOP OF CLEANS UNTIL OUR NEXT VISIT

COMMERCIAL CLEANING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute the full and complete Service Agreement between the customer and Your company name. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) You agree to comply with all of the terms of this Agreement when accessing or using our Services. Please take some time to review this Agreement. Use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Company agrees to provide residential and commercial cleaning services (the “Service”) to the Customer at an address specified by the Customer (the “Premises”). The Service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed with the Customer at the time of booking. The company will provide one or more cleaners (the “Cleaner”) to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between Company and the Customer (the “Service Time”). Company endeavors to provide the Service faithfully, diligently, and in a timely and professional manner. 

Additions and Amendments

Any changes to the Service to be provided must be agreed by the Company prior to the Service Time. If the Customer requires any additional services or variations at the time the Service is being performed, the Customer must first contact Company by telephone, who may agree to provide the additional services in its absolute discretion. The Cleaner is not authorized to agree to any changes to the Service being provided and the Customer must not request such changes directly from the Cleaner.

Customer Representations and Warranties

The Customer represents and warrants that:It will provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaner to perform the Service;The Cleaner will have unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises requiring the Service;It will provide the Cleaner with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the Cleaner to provide the Service;It will provide all usual and necessary cleaning equipment and materials required by the Cleaner to provide the Service, unless other arrangements have been made with Company; All cleaning equipment and materials provided by the Customer are safe, have not been tampered with and are in full working order;It will advise Company prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease or grime at the Premises;It is authorised to use the Premises and obtain the provision of Service; If the Customer requires the Cleaner to clean behind or under any heavy items (eg. a fridge, bookshelf, or other furniture), it will move those items prior to the commencement of the Service; andIt will secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the Service.

Health and Safety Risks

In addition to the obligations and warranties set out in clause 4 above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that: The Cleaner is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the Premises; The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not use or cease using any materials or cleaning equipment provided by the Customer if the Cleaner thinks, in their absolute discretion, that the use of such materials or cleaning equipment poses a risk to health and safety. The Cleaner may, either before or during the provision of the Service not provide or cease the provision of the Service where carrying out the Service presents, in the absolute discretion of the Cleaner, a risk to health and safety. 

No Engagement of Cleaners

The Customer acknowledges Company invests significant resources in recruiting, selecting, and training its Cleaners. Unless Company gives prior written permission, the Customer must not, directly or indirectly, engage, employ or contract with any Cleaner to provide services to the Customer or any associate of the customer for any period during which services are provided by Company or for a period within one (1) year after the conclusion of any Service. The Customer acknowledges that Company may suffer loss and damage, including, without limitation consequential loss, as a result of a breach of this clause by the Customer.

Quotes and Estimates

The actual price payable by the Customer is calculated on the total number of square meterage to be cleanedand/or by the quoted contracted time allocated at the time of the booking. Any price quoted by Company is an estimate only based on the Company’s experience, without an inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer. Subject to this clause, quotes are valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the quote. If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Company, the Company will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the Service, or pay the quoted amount without the Service being completed.

Bookings

The Customer may make a booking either in person, by telephone, email, or on our website. At the time of booking the Customer must provide details of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt, grease, or grime located at the Premises; Company shall provide all quotations at the time of booking in good faith and with the information provided by the Customer. If any information is not provided at quoting Company reserves the right to alter the price of the Service. The Customer agrees to provide Company with their valid credit card details at the time of booking and authorizes the Company to debit any card with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply under this Agreement. The company reserves the right not to accept a booking for any reason.

Late Payment Fee

Where Company has agreed to invoice the Customer for payment of fees after the Service has been completed, the Customer agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 7 days of the invoice date. The Customer agrees that if Company has not received payment in full for the Service within one calendar month of the original invoice date then a late payment fee of £100 applies for the first month. Interest will be charged on the fixed rate of 10% per annum on each day that any amount remains outstanding thereafter. In addition to the amounts set out above, the Customer agrees to indemnify Company for all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Company in connection with a demand, action, or other proceedings (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Customer) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Customer to pay an amount by the due date. 

Indemnity

The Customer indemnifies Company against -All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the Service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the Customer set out in clause 4; and all legal costs (on a solicitor and own client or full indemnity basis, whichever is greater) and other expenses incurred by Company in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceedings (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal and including any action taken for the recovery of a debt from the Customer).    

Accidents, Breakage, Damage & Theft

The Customer must inform Company of any incident where an accident, breakage, damage to property, or theft has occurred due to any act of the Cleaner within 24 hours of completion of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, the Customer is not entitled to claim any loss for any incident if the incident is not reported to Company within 24 hours of completion of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, damage or loss to the following items are specifically excluded from the liability of the Company under these terms and conditions: cash, jewelry, art, antiques, and items of sentimental value. 

Canceling or Rescheduling and Fee For Non-Access To Premises

The Customer must provide Company with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the Service Time if they wish to suspend, postpone, or cancel the Service for any reason. In the event that such notice has been given, the Company will endeavor to reschedule the Service if required. In the event that the Customer does not provide 48 hours’ notice prior to the commencement of the Service, the Customer agrees to pay a cancellation fee of £100 for administrative costs and loss. In the event that the Customer does not provide unencumbered access to the Premises for Company or its Cleaners to provide the Service, or in case the Company or the Company the Customer agrees to pay a convenience fee of £50 for administrative and travel costs. 

Privacy Policy

The Customer acknowledges that any information provided by the Customer may be used by Company for the purpose of providing the Service. Company agrees not to share any information provided by the Customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the Service (unless required to do so by law). The Customer agrees to Company communicating with them electronically and/or via other means in order to provide the Service or for reasons related to the provision of the Service. The company will take all reasonable precautions to protect the personal information provided by the Customer from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our Services, to understand our practices.

Modification of this Agreement

The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and may do so by publishing an updated agreement on its website. Each updated agreement will take effect 24 hours after it has been published on the website. The Customer agrees that any use of the Service following any such change, whether as a single job or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, constitutes their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
